User policy (acceptable use and conduct) — Domain Resellerguru. Last updated: February 2026.

This policy keeps our network fair and legal for all customers. It forms part of your agreement with us together with the Terms & Conditions. Breach may lead to suspension or termination with no refund where our Refund Policy allows.

1. Lawful and fair use

You must comply with applicable laws in India and any other country whose laws apply to your content or recipients. You may not use our services to violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, or host illegal material.

2. Prohibited content and activity

The following are prohibited (non‑exhaustive list):

  • Adult / pornographic content or services; child sexual abuse material (we report to law enforcement and terminate immediately).
  • Pirated or unlicensed software, media, or warez; copyright infringement without rights.
  • Hacking, cracking, phishing, or tools primarily intended to attack third parties.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email or SMS; mail bombing; open relays that facilitate spam.
  • Hate or harassment directed at groups or individuals in a way that violates law or our standards.
  • Gambling, pyramid schemes, or illegal financial schemes where prohibited by law.
  • IRC servers / bots, public proxies, or services that materially degrade shared infrastructure, unless expressly allowed in writing for your plan.

3. Resource use (shared hosting and similar)

Shared environments must not monopolise CPU, memory, disk I/O, or email capacity. We may throttle, move, suspend, or ask you to upgrade if your usage harms other customers. Malfunctioning scripts (for example runaway PHP or CGI) may be disabled after notice where practicable.

Using a hosting account primarily as a backup or file dump for unrelated data is not allowed unless your plan explicitly permits it.

4. Email and anti‑spam

You must comply with anti‑spam laws and best practices. You may not send unsolicited commercial email. If you host end users, you are responsible for their compliance; repeated abuse through your account may lead to termination.

We may use blocklists, rate limits, and filters. These measures can occasionally affect legitimate mail. We may assist with false positives when you report them, subject to technical feasibility.

We may charge an administrative fee for confirmed spam or abuse handling where we publish or communicate a rate, or where permitted by law and reasonably related to the cost of remediation.

5. Resellers and sub‑customers

If you resell or white‑label our services, you are first‑line support for your customers and you must pass these rules on to them. Partner or wallet (“Add Fund”) balances are for purchasing eligible services on our site as described in your programme terms.

6. Payment

Non‑payment may result in suspension or termination. See Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

7. Network integrity

You must not carry out or facilitate denial‑of‑service attacks, IP spoofing, or activity likely to cause our IP ranges to be blocklisted. You must not probe or break into third‑party systems using our network.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate reports, request removal of content, suspend services, or terminate accounts. Where serious or illegal activity is suspected, we may act promptly and cooperate with law enforcement. We do not undertake to pre-screen all customer Content; we may act on credible notices and use technical measures consistent with applicable law (including copyright or abuse notices where required).

Uptime and performance: we strive for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime figure on this page; any credit or SLA terms would be stated separately in writing for the product you purchase.

9. Policy changes

We may update this User Policy. Material changes will be posted on our website; continued use of the Services after the effective date may constitute acceptance, subject to applicable law.
