You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. False or outdated account information may result in suspension or termination.
Rules on acceptable use, prohibited activity, spam, abuse handling, and enforcement are defined only in our User Policy. A breach of the User Policy is treated as a breach of these Terms.
Services are billed in advance based on your selected plan. Unless cancelled in time, recurring services may auto-renew using payment methods on file. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension or termination. Taxes and applicable charges are payable by the customer.
All refund and cancellation rules are governed by the Refund Policy.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party provider issues, and events beyond our control may affect service uptime.
You are solely responsible for keeping independent backups of your data. Any backup or migration help provided by us is a courtesy and is not guaranteed for completeness or successful restoration.
Some products (such as domains, SSL, licenses, payment gateways, or registry services) are supplied by third parties and are subject to their terms and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or defects.
We may suspend or terminate any service for policy violation, non-payment, abuse, fraud, legal requirement, or material risk to our network or reputation. On termination, we may remove account data after a reasonable retention window. You should download your data before cancellation or expiry.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Domain Resellerguru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Domain Resellerguru harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or linked policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
