This page explains how and when prices may change for domains, hosting, email, VPS, SSL, and related services. Orders are charged at the prices shown at checkout at the time you pay. Domain registration, renewal, and transfer prices can change at any time because registries and ICANN policies may change wholesale costs.
If a registry increases its fees, we may adjust our retail price accordingly. Where practicable, we will show current prices on the order page before you pay. Renewal prices may differ from first‑year promotional prices; please check renewal quotes in the client area before renewal.
Prices for web hosting, email hosting, VPS, and similar services may change when our costs change (for example: licensing, hardware, bandwidth, or data centre fees).
We may adjust list prices on our website. Existing billing cycles: we generally apply new rates from the next renewal after notice, unless a fixed price was expressly guaranteed in writing for a defined term.
Quoted prices may be shown excluding or including applicable taxes (such as GST in India) depending on the checkout display. Payment processor or bank fees, if any, are shown or imposed by the provider at checkout.
Promotional or coupon pricing applies only where valid, within stated dates, and for eligible products. We may withdraw or correct promotions that were displayed in error.
We aim to be transparent. Where a change is material for existing customers (for example a large renewal increase), we will provide notice through the client area and/or email where reasonable and required by law, before the change affects your next renewal.
