Refund & cancellation policy — Domain Resellerguru. Last updated: February 2026.

This page sets out how cancellations, refunds, and our money‑back guarantee work. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. General legal terms are in the Terms & Conditions. Price changes are described in the Pricing Policy.

1. Service renewal and expiry

Paid services run for the billing period you select. Unless renewed or cancelled in line with this policy, services may expire or be suspended when the paid period ends.

2. Cancellation requests

To cancel a service, open a billing or cancellation ticket in the client area with your account details and the service you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests should reach us at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current billing cycle if you do not wish to renew.

We will confirm processing of your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us again at support@domainresellerguru.com.

3. Seven (7) day money‑back guarantee (hosting)

Customers who purchase eligible hosting from Domain Resellerguru may request a refund of the hosting fees within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions below.

  • Approved refunds are aimed to be initiated to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on internal review, banks, and card networks and is not guaranteed within a fixed number of days. We typically process approved refunds within a few business days where the payment method allows.
  • The guarantee applies to the initial hosting purchase period stated at order time. After seven (7) days, hosting fees are generally non‑refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
  • If a free or bundled domain was included with hosting, domain registration or renewal fees are not refundable once the domain is registered or renewed with the registry. Refunds, if any, apply to hosting fees only.
  • Add‑ons, dedicated IPs, migration fees, or third‑party licences may be non‑refundable if already consumed or registered with a supplier.
  • No refund is owed if the account is terminated for breach of our User Policy or Terms & Conditions (for example abuse, illegal content, or fraud).

4. Domains, SSL, and non‑hosting products

Domain names are generally non‑refundable after registration or transfer completes, because registry fees are passed through. SSL certificates and similar digital products may be non‑refundable once issued. VPS or dedicated services may follow product‑specific terms shown at checkout.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue. Chargebacks or disputes raised without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to respond may result in suspension of Services until the matter is resolved.
